Delete your account

Simple, fast, final.

From the app

  1. Open LeCoCash, then the Settings tab.
  2. Tap Delete my account.
  3. Confirm. Your account and everything the phone keeps about you are deleted: history, favorites, payment QR code, lock code.

Without the app

Write to support@lecocash.com with your LeCoCash number. We verify that it is you with a code sent to that number, then delete your account within 30 days.

On our servers

If your history is backed up to your account, that copy is erased from our servers within 30 days.

What is kept

Only the information the law requires us to keep, for the time it requires.
