LeCoCashFrom the app
- Open LeCoCash Agent, then tap the gear icon (Settings) at the top of the screen.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted at our login provider (Google Firebase) and on our servers.
Without the app
Write to support@lecocash.com giving the number of your account. We verify that it is you with a code sent to that number, then delete your account within 30 days.
What is erased
Your first name, last name and number, at Google Firebase, within 30 days. Your minimal account on our servers, which holds neither your number nor your name.
What remains
The anonymous statistics already received, which cannot identify anyone. The versions of the texts you accepted and their dates, with no link to you, as proof of your consent. Your operations and your clients' data are never on our servers: they stay on your phone, and uninstalling the app erases them. The unrecognized SMS messages you chose to send us on WhatsApp, with numbers and balance masked: to have them erased, write to support@lecocash.com. Finally, the information the law requires us to keep, set aside, only for the period it requires.
